From roasted squash farro to milkshakes and baked Alaska, November has been an exciting month celebrating the release of Taylor Swift’s album, with a load of 1989-inspired recipes.
In each recipe, a selection of our favourite tracks (because realistically speaking, we love all 16 songs) were transformed into their food representations. Either influenced by the lyrics or the “feel” of the song, we hope we were successful in capturing the essence of Swift’s music. Merging her art with our art. Below, we’ve compiled all the recipes we’ve made for 8 of the tracks on 1989. Click on the photo and it’ll take you right to the post! Once in the post, each title photo is Pinterest enabled. By the way, we share some crazy stories in some of the posts.
Now that it’s December, we’re going full-steam with Christmas. Christmas is equally exciting as 1989. Stay tuned all December long for festive recipes for cookie exchanges, gift ideas, and holiday dinners.
We hope you’ve had as much fun as we did with this recipe set. Please tag us @radiantrachels on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with your recreations; it’s awesome seeing what you guys come up with. If you enjoyed these posts, spread the word and share with other Swifties! Enough yapping from me, let your eyes feast on all the delectable “1989” dishes!
