CauliPOWER Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1 really big bowl
 
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 big handful of organic salad greens
  • Vanilla protein powder (optional, I use about ⅓ scoop)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup frozen strawberries
  • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
  • ⅓ cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • Granola and nut butter, for serving
Instructions
  1. To a blender, add the ingredients in the order listed (except for granola and nut butter).
  2. Blend until very smooth. You may need to poke and scrape along the sides periodically to help it blend.
  3. Transfer smoothie to a big bowl and top with granola, nut butter, and whatever toppings you desire. Enjoy immediately!
