Apple Parfait Slices

Serves: 4 servings
- 4 large apples
- 1 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
- A heaping ¼ cup natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1⅓ cup granola
- Slice apples into slabs*
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread yogurt mixture onto each apple slab and top with granola.
