Apple Parfait Slices

Ingredients
  • 4 large apples
  • 1 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • A heaping ¼ cup natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⅓ cup granola
Instructions
  1. Slice apples into slabs*
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture onto each apple slab and top with granola.
