Israeli Couscous with Lentils

Ingredients
  • ⅔ c. israeli couscous
  • 2 c. your favourite vegetables, chopped
  • ⅔ c. lentils
Instructions
  1. In two separate pots, cook lentils and couscous according to package directions (1 part lentil, 2 parts water; 1 part couscous, 2 parts water).
  2. In a saucepan, sauté your favourite vegetables. Add salt and pepper or your favourite herbs to taste.
  3. Store in air tight containers for your next weekday meal, or serve immediately.
