Cake Batter and Cookie Dough Funfetti Milk-"Shake it Off"

Cake batter and cookie dough in a glass, jazzed up with funfetti sprinkles on the glass rim to help you "shake it off"!
Ingredients
FOR DECORATION
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
About 2 tbsp sprinkles
CAKE BATTER
1 tbsp coconut flour
¼ tsp each baking powder and baking soda
2 tbsp oats
2 medjool dates, pitted
¼ of a frozen banana
¾ cup coconut almond milk
1 tbsp plain yogurt (optional)
½ tbsp pure vanilla extract
COOKIE DOUGH
½ cup chickpeas, drained
1 cup coconut almond milk
4 medjool dates, pitted
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sucanat (optional)
3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Dip the rim of two tall glasses into the melted chocolate reserved for decoration, and immediately coat with sprinkles. Set aside.
In a high speed blender (such as a Vitamix), blend all the ingredients for the cake batter layer until smooth divide evenly between decorated glasses.
Then blend the ingredients for the cookie dough layer, excluding the chocolate chips, until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and briefly pulse. Fill the remainder of the two glasses and serve chilled as is, with a straw!
Notes
Coconut almond milk can be substituted with your favourite non-dairy milk!
