Banana Spiced Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • ½ c. milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • Spray or coconut oil for skillet
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in food processor or blender, and blend.
  2. In a lightly greased skillet, drop in ¼ c. batter onto skillet on medium-high heat. Cook until bubbles appear and the edges become slightly cooked until flipping.
  3. Serve with your favourite nut butter and maple syrup!
